A.I.R.A Radio News is a monthly broadcast that takes place on the last Saturday of each month and informs, disseminates information, and brings the amateur radio community closer together, giving voice to associations, operators, events, technology, DX, satellites, and national and international news from the world of radio.

A.I.R.A Radio News is a monthly broadcast dedicated to the world of amateur radio, produced by AIRA – the Association International Radio Amateur , with the aim of informing, disseminating, bringing together and valuing the national and international amateur radio community.
Broadcast through repeaters, links and associated networks, including VHF, UHF, Echolink, the Lusophone conference and also DMR, AIRA Radio News brings "news from around the world to around the world", creating a regular space for communication between amateur radio operators, associations, clubs, operators and radio enthusiasts.

Each edition features national and international news, legislative information, news from associations, radio fairs and meetings, special activations, contests, DX, satellites, digital communications, technology, software, repeaters, innovative projects and inspiring stories from the community. The program also includes moments of tribute to Silent Key colleagues, as well as spaces for direct participation from listeners through the general call at the end of the broadcast.

More than just a simple newsletter, A.I.R.A Radio News aims to be a platform for unity, dissemination, and service to the community. It gives voice to associations, promotes initiatives, supports technical development, encourages the sharing of knowledge, and reinforces the role of amateur radio as a tool for communication, friendship, learning, and support in emergency situations.
With a dynamic, collaborative, and listener-friendly presentation, AIRA Radio News invites all radio amateurs, associations, and radio-related projects to send news, events, and relevant information for dissemination in upcoming editions.

Where can you listen and participate?

Via analog AIRA services: UHF 439.100 MHz (7.6 MHz shift, Tone 123) and VHF 145.450 MHz (Tone 123).

On the LART repeater and link network – Echolink "Confererence Lusófona"

On the AIRA DMR digital repeater ( UHF 438.575 MHz, BM TG 268) and the BM TG 268 network.

Via the QO-100 satellite (Satellite Communications): 10489.750 MHz · NB SSB.
